We believe in transparency and simplicity. Our snacks are made using only two ingredients: high-quality, ethically sourced meat and Redmond Real Salt. No nitrates, no sugar, and no artificial preservatives.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping within the United States usually takes 3-5 business days, depending on your location.
Do the products need to be refrigerated?
No refrigeration is required. Our unique dehydration process makes our meat snacks shelf-stable. We recommend storing them in a cool, dry place and consuming within one week of opening for optimal crispness.
What is your return policy?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order or if the product arrived damaged, please contact our support team within 7 days for a resolution.
Are your meats grass-fed and finished?
Yes, we source our beef from regenerative farms that prioritize grass-fed and grass-finished practices to ensure the highest nutrient density and best flavor profile.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the United States and to select territories. We are working on expanding our logistics to offer international shipping in the near future.
