Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unopened items in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box.

  Ship It Back

  Send your package to our quality control facility using a trackable shipping method; return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your full refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5 business days.
